A Vietnamese client in Costa Mesa was successful in petitioning for his wife. He is a US Citizen and his wife lives in Vietnam. They have been married for several years now, and he petitioned for her in 2007. After a consular interview, she was denied a visa because the consular officer believed their marriage was fraudulent.
I helped him gather and organize evidence to show that their marriage was entered into in good faith. Additionally, we provided evidence to refute the consular officers findings of fraud. Today, we finally received news that she was granted the visa and she will be traveling to the United States to be with her husband.
