The Nuñez Firm -  Los Alamitos Immigration Law Firm

For US citizens, the ability to work and live in the United States is unquestioned. For the rest of the world, the path to residency in the United States may appear simple, but it can be very complicated and often strewn with hidden legal hurdles.

The Nuñez Firm serves the Los Alamitos community and handles all types of immigration cases including green cards, naturalization, fiancé visas, visa petitions, employment authorization, asylum, deportation defense, labor certification, investor visas, intra-company transfers, and all other corporate and family immigration issues. The Nuñez Firm recognizes the importance of negotiating the immigration process with compassion and diligence during every step.

Managing attorney Jay Nuñez is admitted to practice in each and every immigration court in the country along with the Central and Southern Federal District Courts of California. He is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) and the Los Angeles County Bar Association's Immigration Lawyers Section. He receives consistently high reviews and exemplary client testimonials, which evidence his uncompromising commitment to his clients.

Los Alamitos ("The Little Cottonwoods" in Spanish) is a smaller city located in Orange County, California. It was incorporated in March 1960. Los Alamitos is often mistakenly thought to include the adjacent but unincorporated community of Rossmoor which uses Los Alamitos as its mailing address. Although Rossmoor is not part of Los Alamitos, it is speculated that it could be annexed to the city, or Rossmoor, Seal Beach, and Los Alamitos may combine to form one city. The USA Water Polo National Aquatic Center is located on the US Military Joint Forces Training Base in Los Alamitos, and the men's and women's US Olympic water polo team trains on the base. The facility is also used for major water polo tournaments, swim classes and local swim teams.

The Nuñez Firm is proud to represent Irvine residents and businesses and help to achieve their immigration goals. Contact The Nuñez Firm today at 949.903.0088 or email.
